    • 3

Click the "Schedule Your Own Meeting" option to officially schedule your own arrangement, and then enter the email addresses of those you wish to invite. Indicate the date, time and subject of your meeting so recipients can plan accordingly.

    • 4

If you wish to attend a meeting, click the "Join a Meeting" link provided in the email message sent to you. The Web page that opens will require you to submit the Meeting ID, entry code and location, all indicated in the message you received. This will automatically notify the creator of the meeting that you are planning to attend.

To exchange information with other attendees during your meeting, locate the "Content" link, click "Share" and then "File Upload." A menu with files you've previously saved on your computer will pop up. From here you will be able to select which of these files you would like to display. To view contributions by others, search under the "Content" link just as you did to share your uploads.
