Insole Trimming Guide
Insoles offer a variety of benefits. Custom-fit orthotics are insoles designed to conform to your specific needs, such as a high-arch or flat feet. Gel insoles offer a softer cushion for people repeatedly walking on hard surfaces. Manufacturers even produce odor-eliminating insoles. Fitting an insole to your foot is a two-step process. Start by picking an insole that meets your needs--such as a gel or custom-fit design-- and buy it in a size larger than your shoe size. You now need to fit the insole to your shoes.
