How to Record With Archos 604
The Archos 604 portable media device can record video directly from a TV or receiver box. The internal software has all of the options required to start the recording, but to actually record it must get the video signal. The Archos 604 doesn't have the ability to do this on its own; you must use either the optional DVR Travel Adapter or DVR Station accessories to get the signal from the TV or receiver box. The DVR Travel adapter is more portable, while the DVR Station is supposed to stay connected to your TV and/or receiver box.
Things You'll Need
- DVR Travel Adapter with audio video cable, or
- DVR Station with audio video cable, audio video cable, S-video cable and charging cable
