How to Convert Sears Points to Travel Points

You can get benefits such as restaurant gift cards, electronics and travel rewards if you sign up for a Sears MasterCard and earn points on eligible purchases. The Sears Choice Rewards program is associated with the Sears MasterCard. Points earned on this card can translate into travel rewards such as free air travel, cruises and vacation packages. You can get a $100 discount on a domestic airfare with 13,000 points and a free domestic round-trip airline ticket with 49,200 points.

Instructions

1. Go to the Sears Choice Rewards website to redeem your points and translate them into travel rewards. Click on "Travel Rewards."

2. Click on "Air Travel," "Cruise Packages," or "Vacation Packages" in the drop-down menu based on how you want to use your points. Read the information in the newly-opened window. Determine if you have the number of points needed for the reward. As an example, if you want to convert your points into a free round-trip ticket to a country in Europe, you need to have accumulated 78,000 points.

3. Call a Sears Choice Rewards customer service representative at 888-775-7325 to redeem your points. Ask the representative to convert your Sears MasterCard points into a travel reward of your choice.

• Ask the representative about any specific constraints regarding your travel package. You may have to be flexible with travel dates in order to take advantage of a travel reward.
