1
Install expanding foam insulation in any of the walls that do not have windows. Many sunrooms have solid walls along the lower quarter of the sunroom wall. By inserting expanding foam into these sections, air flow through the walls is reduced, which will help to hold in heat during cold months.

2
Replace the glass of the sunroom with insulated window glass. A double or triple pane glass window provides more insulation value to a sunroom than the traditional single pane glass windows. For even greater insulation, install windows featuring Argon gas between the panes.

3
Inspect the frames around the glass to ensure they are sealed properly. A thin bead of clear silicone can be used to seal the gaps between the pane of glass and the window frame.
-
4
Route heating ducts to the sunroom or install an independent heater in the sunroom to raise the temperature of the room.
