Once you find an employer who is willing to hire, obtain a positive labor market opinion. A positive labor market opinion is a document issued by Human Resources and Social Development Canada. Your employer is responsible for applying for this document.

Apply for a work permit through CIC office located in your region. Download work visa application forms from CIC website. Provide a job offer letter, copies of your educational degrees, certificates of work experience and document of positive labor market opinion. Pay the required fees and mail these documents to your CIC office.
