To wake up early without feeling tired, you need to go to bed at a reasonable time and get enough deep sleep. The more comfortable the sleep environment, the better your sleep will be. And the better the sleep is, the more awake you will feel when the wake-up call comes in the morning. This routine does not happen in one night, though. Establishing your body on a regular sleep schedule, over about a week, will help you wake up more refreshed.
Things You'll Need
Go to bed without the alarm the first two nights, always at the same time. The first time you wake up, just get up and start the day. The second day you will know how much sleep your body needs each night. Use this time (whether it is less or more than six hours of sleep) to determine bedtime and wakeup time.
Set the alarm for the time needed to wake up and go to bed -- however many hours before the sleep test hours showed. Never use the snooze button, as this will just train your body that it does not need to wake up when the alarm goes off, and that will make for a more exhausted feeling in the morning.
Keep doing step two. After the first week you should no longer feel tired whenyou wake up. You may also be able to wake up at the set alarm time without the use of the alarm. Once your body is on a set schedule, you can easily stay on that schedule, but only if you continue to go to bed at the same time each night.
