How to Find an Inmate in New Mexico
The New Mexico Corrections Department houses more than 6,000 inmates within its facilities. Within the state, there are 10 state and privately-operated facilities for inmates. Only one of the facilities is designated for female inmates. In addition to the adult prisons, the NMCD oversees the medical and mental health services of the correctional facilities. You can locate an inmate using the NMCD's online tool.
