1. Find an online wedding program template and download it to your computer, if necessary. You can do a simple online search to find many different choices. If the artwork that is included isn't to your liking, you can insert your own pictures instead. Make sure that you have all the appropriate information, including the proper spellings, of the information you will be including on your program.

2. Follow the instructions on the template to input all the appropriate information. You will typically include the names of the venues, important people in the wedding and a thank you to the guests for attending. Double check the information to confirm that everything is spelled correctly and in the proper place.

3. Print out a sample program. Review all the information once again. If you are not completely happy with it, simply go back into the template and change any information that you like. Once you are satisfied, print another to ensure it is exactly how you want it.

4. Print the number of programs that you will need for your wedding. Fold them appropriately.
