How to Use Ultra VNC
Ultra VNC is a software program designed to allow one person to remotely control another computer. Download Ultra VNC. Ultra VNC's website allows users to download the software directly. Select "Run" when prompted and agree to any terms and conditions to install the software on the computer.

Send the single click link to the customer in an email. Tell the other person to click on the link. This will install the Ultra VNC software and allow the remote connection between the two computers.

Work on the remote computer. Once the link is established, the individual that sent the link can access the other computer. At this point, the sender will use remote access to work on the computer as needed. Whether uploading photos for a relative or troubleshooting a client's computer system, the sender can work on any project necessary.
