Things You'll Need
- 1 tbsp. liquid dish soap
- 2 cups water
- Plastic scrub brush
- Unwanted toothbrush
- Paper towel
- Baking soda

Remove the laces from the shoes. The laces can either be replaced or placed into the washing machine with your next load.

Remove any dried mud on the bottoms of the sneakers by hitting them against sidewalk pavement or by slapping the bottoms of each shoe against one another.

Prepare a mixture of one tbsp. liquid dish soap and two cups warm water.

Dip a plastic scrub brush into the mixture and wash the entirety of the outside of the shoes with the mixture. Apply pressure to any difficult mud stains.

Dip an unwanted toothbrush into the dish detergent mixture and clean the entire inside of the shoes.

Stuff the shoes will balled up paper towel and allow them to air dry completely. The paper towel will help soak up any liquid and help the shoes keep their form while drying.

Remove the paper towel and sprinkle baking soda inside of each shoe. This will soak up any remaining odors.

Replace the shoe laces and wear the shoes as desired.
