Solicit cast-off items from group members and their friends.
Step 2

Select a central collection point and set a deadline for donations.
Step 3

Sort and clean items. Be sure all are in good repair.
Step 4

Sort into price groups according to condition, quality and appeal.
Step 5

Attach legible price tags.
Step 6

Display in a white elephant booth stocked with old newspaper to wrap breakables in.
