How to Recycle a Glass Collection
Glass is a material that is 100 percent recyclable, which means that it can always be remade into another glass item. Any type of glass can be recycled from decorative glass, food jars and glass from beverages. As of 2010, glass recycling makes up one third of all recycled items, compared to a mere seven percent in 1988. Recycling can also include reusing. If you no longer want the glass, you could try selling it or giving it away.

Find a recycling center nearby. Check to see if they will pick up the glass you wish to recycle or if you need to bring it to them. If they pick up recycling, be sure to obtain a pick-up schedule and recycling bins from them to know when you need to set out your recycling.
