Puzzle Inlay Instructions
The online puzzle game "Puzzle Inlay" takes a lot of cues from games like Tangrams, where players try to recreate shapes using a selection of key pieces. Each new level gives you a new shape, such as a key, a plane or a leaf, which you must fill from the constant stream of gems and precious stones along the bottom. Fortunately, there are a handful of tools that can make your game a little easier.

Load the game and begin the first level. Look at the pattern, and try to think of a rough plan for where the pieces will go. Wait a few seconds for the first gem to appear on the bottom of the screen.

Click the gem to pick it up. Press the space bar to rotate the gem, and click somewhere on the pattern to place the gem.

Place a gem with the red spiral icon on it to unlock a power-up.

Click one of the power-ups to use it. Click the wand to fill a small part of an empty space. The wand only creates small yellow triangle pieces, so note that it will not fill a large gap. Click the hammer to smash gems on the lower conveyor.

Repeat the process until you fill the pattern with gemstones, or as much as you can. If you cannot use a particular gem, drop it in the "Gem Drop Section." Gems you drop in this will reappear on the main conveyor in a few seconds' time.

Fill the pattern on the next level to complete the game.

Try to build from the outside edges in, because this gives you the best chance of completing the game.
