1
Open the lid on the pasta maker and add 2 cups of flour into the mixing bin and close the lid.
-
2
Look through the pasta dies that came with the pasta maker and select one for the shape of the pasta you're about to make. It needs to be heated, so place it in hot water for one minute.
-
-
3
Attach the heated pasta die to the front of the machine and lock it in place with the locking ring.
-
4
Use the round measuring cup that came with the pasta maker and pour oil in up to the "Oil" line, then add one large egg. (The egg is optional, so you can leave it out if you want.) Put on the lid and give it a good shake to blend the items. Remove the lid and add water, or vegetable juice such as spinach, up to the "Liquid" line.
-
5
Put the switch on the pasta maker to "MIX" and begin to slowly pour your mixture from the measuring cup through the liquid crease on the bin lid. Allow the ingredients to mix for just four minutes.
-
6
Move the switch to "STOP" and then "EXT." You cannot go directly from "MIX" to "EXT." In the "EXT" selection, your pasta will begin to come out of the pasta maker where the pasta die is located. You can use the pasta ring cutter or a table knife to cut the pasta at your preferred length.
