How to Add Attributes to a Microsoft Certificate Request
When you are charge of a domain for your company or business, you can create a certificate request to be sent to the Microsoft Certificate Authority (CA). The certificate is an electronic document that is used to verify a public encryption key belonging to a specific individual. When creating the request, you can also include an attribute to be added for your domains. For example, you can add a Subject Alternative Name (SAN) as a specific attribute to be added to the certificate request.
