Instructions

    • 1

Wash the upper components of the Arctic Twister in warm soapy water before first use. The upper components, the processing unit above the powered base, are top-shelf dishwasher safe.

    • 2

Assemble the unit according to manufacturer's instructions. There are five pieces to the processing portion of the unit.

    • 3

Remove the lid and place ice cream or other frozen dessert in the container. Add to the container any flavoring, candy, syrups or fruit that you desire, and close the lid.

    • 4

Hold down the power switch to mix the frozen dessert and the flavorings. Catch the soft-serve dessert as it exits the machine through the spout.

Tips & Warnings

  • The Black & Decker Arctic Twister can convert up to 3 cups of frozen ice cream and toppings into soft-serve in a single batch. This is enough for about three standard cones. Placing the frozen ice cream and flavorings into the container in layers -- a little ice cream, some flavoring, more ice cream, then toppings, yields a more consistent soft-serve mix.
