Leather stamping can enhance a plain leather wristband. Screw a decorative stamp head onto the end of a leather stamping tool. Holding the stamping tool upright; position it with the decorative stamp head touching the wristband, where you want the stamped design to appear. Firmly tap the other end of the stamping tool with the wooden mallet to stamp the design into the wristband.

Position one or more concho screwback leather decorations where you want them on the wristband. Tilt each back and mark under each with a pen.

Puncture a hole through each pen mark with a leather punch or awl, making sure not to make the hole too large. Poke the screwback part of the concho decoration through the hole you made, on the wrong side of the wristband. Use your screwdriver to make the hole bigger, if necessary. Screw the decorative part of the concho decoration onto the screwback part, from the right side of the wristband. Use the screwdriver to tighten the decoration to the wristband, if needed.
