Instructions

1
Measure the width and length of the seating area of your lounge chair.
-
2
Cut two lengths of fabric, making the lengths about 2 inches longer than the measurements of the lounge chair on all sides. This gives leeway for creating the cushion's seams.
-
-
3
Spread one of the lengths of fabric in front of you and ease out the wrinkles or creases. If you have chosen a printed fabric, make sure the printed side is facing upward.
-
4
Squeeze a 1-inch thick line of glue along all but one edge of the fabric segment.
-
5
Layer the second segment of fabric over the first, with the print side facing downward. Press the glued edges together firmly and let them dry for about 20 minutes.
-
6
Turn the created fabric pouch inside-out, exposing the printed sides of the fabric. Stuff the fabric pouch with fiber filling, using as little or as much as you need for comfort and depending on the size of your lounge chair.
-
7
Glue the inside edge of the opened end of the stuffed cushion. Press the edges together firmly. Let the cushion dry for about an hour before putting it on your lounge chair.
