Cuisinart Bread Maker Instructions

If you have a Cuisinart bread maker, it takes you just one hour to make a full loaf of bread. If you are not in that much of a hurry for your loaf of warm bread, you can get all the ingredients ready and set a bake time for up to 13 hours later. With a Cuisinart bread maker, you can reduce the process of making bread to mixing the ingredients and pressing a few buttons. Does this Spark an idea?

      Pull up the bread pan from inside the bread maker to remove it and attach the kneading paddle.

      Add your ingredients to the pan. Liquid ingredients go in first at room temperature, then dry ingredients followed by yeast. Refer to the recipe booklet included with the Cuisinart bread maker or use your own recipe for the exact amounts of the ingredients.

      Put the bread pan back into the bread maker and lock it into place by turning it to the right. Close the lid and plug in the bread maker.

      Program the machine with your selections. Press the load size button to set the size. Press the crust color button to set the crust color. Press the menu button to select your program, if you're not sure which program just glance at the list on the control panel. There also is a "Rapid Bake" option.

      Start making the bread by pressing "Start" to begin it immediately or by setting the timer for the number of minutes (or hours) you want to delay the start time and then pressing "Start" to begin the countdown.

      Wait for the series of beeps, 15 in total, that signals the end of the cycle. The warmer automatically comes on for 60 minutes to keep the bread warm.

      Remove the bread and place it on a rack to cool. Power off and unplug the Cuisinart bread maker.
