How to Change a Mazda LCD Display to Show MPGs
Some Mazda's offer a visual readout of the approximate number of miles remaining until you must refuel your vehicle. Adjusting the readout to display Miles Per Gallon (MPG) only takes a minute.

Locate the "Info" button on the control panel. Depending on your model, it is usually on the right side of the "Clock" button.

Press the "Info" button to observe the various readouts. The first readout displays the "Current Fuel Economy," the second readout displays the "Average Fuel Economy," the third readout displays the "Approximate Miles Per Gallon" and the fourth readout displays the "Average Vehicle Speed."

Press the "Info" button three times to display the "Miles Per Gallon" readout. The readout will give you the approximate distance you have remaining before you must refuel your Mazda. The display will remain until you press the "Info" button again.
