How to Set a Formal Place Settingthumbnail
A linen tablecloth is the canvas of a formal dinner setting.

Fast family meals and take-out dinners don't give us much opportunity to enjoy the grace and beauty of a formal table setting. But that doesn't make it a lost art. A properly-set table creates a true sense of elegance when entertaining friends or enjoying a holiday celebration. It takes a little extra effort but adds a touch of class to any occasion.
