Saggy underarms can be one of the most difficult areas of the body to treat successfully. They are often the result of rapid weight loss and are also related to looser skin that develops as part of the aging process.       Drink plenty of fluids to maintain skin moisture. You should include 64oz. of water in your diet daily, and more if you exercise. Include foods such as blueberries, salmon, almonds, avocado and tomatoes for their antioxidant properties and vitamin, mineral and oil content.

      Perform exercises that work the upper arms such as flys, tricep dips and overhead extensions. To firm arms, use medium weights and do three sets of each exercise for up to fifteen repetitions. Increase weight if you can do more than fifteen. Include push-ups and pull-ups in your weight-lifting routine for isometric toning.

      Get a body wrap for your upper body to firm saggy underarms. Many salons offer these services and will include an exercise session to increase fat and water loss as well as skin tightening. Body wraps that include caffeine may have extra tightening effects.

      Consider treatments such as radio frequency treatments or liposuction to help firm loose and saggy underarms. Many treatments are available in spas as well as the physician's office and can include a variety of options both invasive and non-invasive.
