How to Update the JavaScript Panel

Update your JavaScript to access Java Panels online.

The JavaScript Panel on your Windows computer can take many forms. This panel could be a scrolling news ticker or a flash banner on a website, for example. No matter the form of the panel, you can update your JavaScript through the Windows Update software package on your computer. This software gives you access to the latest Java updates through the Microsoft server. All Windows computers come with the Windows Update software preinstalled on the system.

Instructions

1. Click the "Start" button and then click the "All Programs" icon.

2. Click the "Windows Update" icon from the menu.

3. Click the "Check for updates" button on the left side of the menu.

4. Click the "Java Update" after the scan has completed.

5. Click the "Install Updates" button on the bottom of the screen.

6. Restart your computer.
