How to Enable Add-Ins in Microsoft Word 2000
Microsoft Word 2000 has the ability to utilize add-ins such as templates for document types that you work with regularly. However, there are two potential problems that users new to Word 2000 add-ins are likely to encounter. The first is installing an add-in for the first time, and the second is making that add-in permanent. By default, Word 2000 does not load add-ins automatically. When you enable an add-in, it is enabled for that session only, and not the next time you open the program. You can copy an add-in to the Word 200 startup folder to have that add-in load automatically.
