How to Build a Wooden Squat Stand
A squat stand is a low table-like structure that you can use to step on and off of when doing squats as part of your workout. You can make a wooden squat stand yourself at home rather than purchasing one from a fitness store. Using a few basic woodworking materials and tools, even carpentering novices can build a sturdy squat stand to get in shape.
