How to Make Engraved Baby Pacifiers
Engraved baby pacifiers make cherished and unique gifts for the little ones in your life. Pacifiers can be personalized with dates or names to give them that special touch. Adding a ribbon makes it possible to hang the personalized pacifier on a Christmas tree as a child's first ornament or to show it off year-round on an ornament stand. These pacifiers make perfect baby gifts.

1
Purchase or rent a laser engraving machine. There are companies that specialize in these machines and many models available, so ask the sales representative which one will work best for your project.
-
2
Install engraving software on your computer. This software either will come with the laser engraver or can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.
-
-
3
Create or import the design for the pacifier using the engraving software. Select a font size and style, then type the text you'd like to engrave. Choose where on the pacifier to place the text. The center is often the best choice. If the printer does not align properly, it could cut off designs placed too close to the edge.
-
4
Double check the alignment and place the pacifier securely within the laser engraver.
-
5
Print the design onto the pacifier by selecting "Run" in the engraving software. Check the pacifier for any printing errors.
