Intalling overfenders will take 1.5 to 2 hours.

Overfenders are plastic fender extensions that protect the rider from mud and rocks due to wider aftermarket tides and suspension. The overfenders come molded for the Grizzly 700 and are made of the same hard plastic as the fender to which you'll attach them. The kits come with all necessary hardware to attach them to the existing fenders and will add 2 to 3 inches of protection.

Instructions

    • 1

Heat the overfender section with a heat gun to allow it to mold to the fender with ease.

    • 2

Place the overfender in position and drill through the middle pre-drilled hole in the overfender, through the exterior fender.

    • 3

Attach the bolt to loosely secure the overfender to the fender.

    • 4

Drill through the remaining holes as outlined by the pre-drilled holes in the overfender. Feed the bolts through the holes to fully secure the overfender.

    • 5

Repeat the above steps for each overfender section.

Tips & Warnings

  • The overfenders may become warped during shipping. If this happens, use a blow torch from 8 to 10 inches in a sweeping pattern across the back of the warped fender, followed by a dip into a cool bucket of water. This will correct the warping and allow it to fit the fender well in a relaxed fashion.
