DIY Floating Table Numbers

DIY Floating Table Numbers thumbnail
Create a floating number to mark this table.

Wedding guests are traditionally assigned to tables during the reception. The assignments are made to allow for serving plans, socialization and to reserve seats for couples and families near one another.

Modern themes for table numbers are shifting from the customary card tents. The change provides perfect balance between time-honored and contemporary. A floating table number can be achieved by hanging large numbers from the ceiling, tent top or tree branches. Use your imagination and a few craft supplies to create numbers into whimsical, elegant or seasonal table markers.
