If want to test your bandwidth for free, there are several websites you can use to find your speed.

Go to a website that allows you to test your bandwidth for free, such as Bandwidth, CNET or Bandwidth Place.

Select your computer location, such "Home" or "Office" if prompted and click the "Start Test" to test your bandwidth. It may take a couple of minutes to finish testing your bandwidth speed.

Look at the numbers beside "Your line speed" (CNET) or "Download Speed" and "Upload Speed" (Bandwidth and Bandwidth Place) to see the results for your bandwidth test. Use the number to determine whether your Internet connection is fast enough for your needs.
