How to Reset a Garmin StreetPilot C330

The Garmin StreetPilot C330 is part of the Garmin StreetPilot series. All of the devices in the series have similar purposes, functions and settings. However, there are subtle differences between the operating instructions of each StreetPilot model. If you are displeased with the current settings you have chosen for your Garmin StreetPilot C330, for example, there is a way for you to return the device to its original factory settings. You can accomplish this by resetting your Garmin StreetPilot C330.

Instructions

1. Remove the faceplate of your Garmin StreetPilot C330 by putting your thumbnail into the space between the logo and the faceplate. The device should be turned off. Lift up to remove the faceplate.

2. Locate the reset button for your Garmin StreetPilot C330. It's located on the right side of the device next to the screen. It's higher up on the device than the power button.

3. Press and hold the reset button that is uncovered by removing the faceplate of your Garmin StreetPilot C330.

4. Snap the faceplate back on and press the power button to turn on your Garmin StreetPilot C330. You can now operate it normally.
