My Dual DVD Touch Screen Won't Work
Dual DVD touch screen players installed in the driver and passenger seat headrests provide two independent screens for those in the rear of the car. There are a number of reasons why the players may suddenly cease to work--these reasons being similar to those found in a non-touch screen, single screen DVD player that is inside of a headrest. Troubleshoot the common problems that can keep the dual DVD touch screen players from working so that they can again be used.

Place your hand beneath the driver's seat from the back. Locate the connecting power cable that runs from the DVD player in the driver's seat headrest to the DVD player in the passenger seat's headrest. Arrange the cable so that it is not catching on the railings that the driver seat and the passenger seat rides on. Arrange the connecting power cable so that there are no kinks in it.
