How to Tone Breast Muscles
There are exercises that you can do at home to shape and tone your breasts. You do not have to spend a lot of money on cosmetic surgery or a monthly gym membership. If you diligently exercises three to four times a week, you will start to notice more defined and toned breasts.

Stand up tall with a straight posture and a three-pound weight in each hand. Stretch both arms out to the sides and rotate your arms in backward circles, rotating from small circles to larger circles. Do three sets of 15 repetitions.

Wall-ups are another exercise you can do. Stand facing a wall 2 feet away. Place both hands against the wall and slowly lean in until your nose almost touches the wall. Slowly push yourself off the wall extending your arms at full stretch. Keep your feet planted firmly on the ground. Repeat this motion for three sets of 15.

Lie down on the exercise mat with your back flat on the ground. Hold one of the weights in each hand and stretch your arms straight out, making your body in a cross shape. Raise your arms straight up and have them meet at the center of your body above your chest. Slowly lower your arms back down until they are 1 inch off the ground. Repeat this exercise for three sets of 10 to 15 repetitions.

Lie on the incline bench with your back on the bench. Firmly place your feet flat on the ground at the end of the bench and bend your knees. Your knees should be at a 90-degree angle. Start with the dumbbells at arm's length above the chest. Slowly lower the dumbbells to the lowest possible position going lower than your chest to fully stretch and work your chest muscles. Press the dumbbells back above your chest but do not fully extend your elbows. Repeat for three sets of 10 repetitions.
