How to Remove the W32 Worms

In 2008, the Conficker, or W32, worm and its variants began attacking computers worldwide. The worm infects Windows systems by exploiting security vulnerabilities. It reduces your machine's defenses even further by disabling scheduled updates and error reporting services. Most anti-virus software can detect the Conficker worm. Because the worm targets Windows-related software, you will have to turn to third-party programs to cure the infection.
