How to Glaze Petit Fours

Instructions

      Set a sheet of wax paper onto a flat surface, such as a table or kitchen counter.

      Place a cooling rack on top of the wax paper.

      Arrange the petit fours into rows on top of the cooling rack.

      Pour warm glaze over the top and sides of the petit fours. Use a measuring cup with a pouring spout to cover the petit fours more evenly. The cooling rack will ensure that no glaze pools up around the bottoms of the petit fours while the wax paper will help with clean up.

      Spread the glaze over any bare spots on the petit fours with a spatula. This will provide an even coating and ensure that there are no unglazed areas.
