How to Get Rid of Spy Sweeper

Webroot designed Spy Sweeper, a spyware scanner and removal program, for Windows computers. If you are no longer using Spy Sweeper, or prefer to install and run a different spyware removal program, you can uninstall Spy Sweeper.

Instructions

1. Click the "Start" menu and select "Control Panel."

2. Click "Uninstall a program" under "Programs."

3. Scroll down the list of programs and click "Webroot Spy Sweeper." Click the "Uninstall" button. Follow prompts to enter your administrator password, if necessary, and confirm your selection. Restart your computer once the uninstall process has finished.
