How to Reset Your Comcast Username & Password

Comcast offers an easy-to-use email client with full customization capabilities. Changing your login information on a regular basis is a smart security move. Resetting your username and password is simple to do.

Instructions

1. Go to the Comcast homepage and click "Sign In." Enter your current username or ID and password. Click "Sign In."

2. Click "Mail" and "Preferences." Select the ID field and enter a new username. Click "Update" to save your changes.

3. Select "Change Password" and enter your new password twice. Click "Update" to save your changes.

• If you have forgotten your ID or password, visit Comcast's "Forgot Password" page (see Resources). Enter your ID to recover your password, or click "I Can't Find My Comcast ID" for further help.
