How to Create a Phone Script
Instead of stumbling over your words when speaking on the phone with customers or other employees, you can create a script you read to make few or no errors. You can also use a script to greet people calling your business. Regardless what your need for a script is, there are important factors to include in a phone script. This message should be informative and friendly, and cover all important information related to your business.
