How to Add a TCP IP Protocol
TCP/IP is the acronym for Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and Internet Protocol (IP). It is the set of protocols that a computer uses to communicate with other computers on a network. If TCP/IP is not enabled on your computer, or the correct protocol for your network is not added, the computer will not be able to communicate on the network. You can add TCP/IP protocols to your computer by configuring the network properties of the connection in Windows.
