How to Paste a Screen Shot
Creating your own screen shots is a simple task that uses keyboard shortcuts. Screen shots are images displayed on the computer that illustrates the current screen you are viewing on a website or software. Take a screen shot of the current image on the computer screen by pressing the "Print Screen" button on the keyboard. This copies the screen image.

Open Microsoft Paint.

Press "Control" + "V" to paste the copied image into Microsoft Paint. Press "Control" + "S" to save the image to the computer. The screen shot can now be used a graphic in future documents.
