Instructions for the Honeywell Space Heater
The Honeywell Company produces several residential and commercial heating and cooling appliances, such as air conditioners, thermostats, filters, air cleaners, humidifiers and space heaters. Honeywell space heaters offer several features, including an automatic shut-off timer, oscillating heater, and safe guards against tipping or overheating. Operating a space heater is a relatively simple process but caution should be used when using the space heater around animals and small children, as burns or injury could result from touching the heater while in operation. Place the Honeywell space heater on a stable, level surface free of any obstructions on any side. Keep the heater away from furniture, upholstery, curtains or drapes.

Plug the power cord into a power supply and press the "Power" button to turn on the heater. Other units are powered on by turning the thermostat knob clockwise past the "Off" setting.

Turn the temperature knob to the desired temperature. Some Honeywell space heater models offer four temperature settings: "65 degrees Fahrenheit", "70 degrees Fahrenheit", "75 degrees Fahrenheit" and "80 degrees Fahrenheit". Other units have a dial that can be turned from "Off" up to "Super", which is the highest temperature possible. Units with the "Energy Smart" feature will lower the power consumption of the space heater when the air temperature rises to meet the desired space temperature.

Turn on the oscillating fan, if available, by pressing the button with two arrows on it. Press again to turn off the oscillating fan.

Press the "Power" button to turn off the space heater or turn the thermostat knob to "Off".
