How to Create a Trade Show Booth
Trade shows can be a great way to market your company's products or services or showcase art or production services. An essential part of a trade show exhibition is a trade show booth. An appealing trade show booth should attract spectators and hopefully garner business for you or your company. An exhibitor may need televisions, laptops or projectors to help exhibit work along with printed visual displays to attract spectators to their set up trade show booth.

Artist's Trade Show Booth

Set up the trade show booth table. Place the tablecloth on top of the table.

Assemble visual displays. Visual displays can be pop-up displays that are a three- or four-panel, covered display that open to make a curve or wall. Panel displays can be pre-made panels that are assembled on site and covered with cloth to showcase artwork or products. Tabletop displays can be a display that showcases artwork or products on the table.

Add a company banner or sign with the artist's name where it may be visible for spectators to see.

Arrange promotional materials for the artwork, such as printed pictures of past works, portfolios, CDs or DVDs of past work or any other material to showcase the artwork. Place business cards within reach with the artist's or the company's name and information.

Place current artwork around the trade show booth to showcase the work that is available. Place products for purchase towards the front.

Arrange foliage or scenery for a visual effect around the booth.
