JKD is a martial art form created by Bruce Lee for real situations.

Jeet Kune Do is a martial arts technique that was created to work in real-life situations. Originally a creation by Bruce Lee in 1967, the literal translation means the "Way of the Intercepting Fist." Jeet Kune Do (JKD) combines a form of Wing Chun with Western boxing and fencing to create the training methods used today. JKD DVDs allow you to learn the martial art from the comfort of your own home.
