Facial Massage Tutorial
According to the website, Swedish Massage Techniques, facial massages releases tension, increase circulation and help your skin to clear itself of impurities. Facials also can make lines and wrinkles less evident and help tighten facial muscles. Although facial massages feel refreshing, you shouldn't massage your face for longer than 20 minutes or you risk lengthening or stretching the facial muscles. Does this Spark an idea?
