How to Remove the Case on a Peavey TKO 115
Peavey produces TKO 115 bass guitar amplifiers known as combination amplifiers, or combos. The Tour Series amplifier design includes the speaker, amplifier and preamps all in one cabinet or case. To perform repairs on the Peavey TKO 115 amplifier, remove the case. The time-consuming process requires only standard household tools.

Place the Peavey TKO 115 on its right side with the left-hand side of the cabinet facing upward. Use the Philips screwdriver to unscrew the corner protectors. Place the removed screws and washers inside the clear plastic bag. Turn the TKO 115 onto its left-hand side. Repeat the procedure for the right-hand side corner protectors.

Lift the amplifier using the recessed handles on the side of the cabinet. Place the Peavey TKO 115 face down. The amplifier should be resting upon its front panel. Remove the side panel screws from the right side cabinet panel using the screwdriver. Place the screws and washers in the clear plastic bag. Repeat the process for the left side cabinet panels. Remove all the screws in the back panel. Place them in the clear plastic bag. Repeat the process for the top panel and bottom panel. Lift the right panel away carefully from the cabinet using the recessed handles.

Remove the right-hand panel carefully, using the recessed handle. Repeat the process for the left-hand side. Ensure you have removed all the screws from the panel to avoid lifting the amplifier with the back panel. Remove the back panel. Lift out the amplifier. Finally, remove the top panel and the bottom panel.
