Automatic Bread Maker Instructions
An automatic bread maker allows you to make your own bread without having to mix or knead yourself, as the automatic bread maker combines your ingredients, kneads the dough and bakes the bread with its mixing paddle and baking pan. Besides the basic ingredients of flour, water and yeast, you can add your own ingredients, such as nuts or cheese. Note the desired recipe and additional ingredients before you begin. Open the lid of your automatic bread maker. Grip the two wire handles of the baking pan and turn left to the "Unlock" position. Remove the baking pan.

Locate the shaft inside the baking pan. Attach the mixing paddle by lining up the flat side of the paddle with the flat side of the baking pan and locking the mixing paddle into place.

Choose a bread recipe and gather the necessary ingredients. Add your ingredients to the baking pan, adding the yeast last.

Lower the baking pan into its appropriate slot in the automatic bread maker. Turn to the right until the pan clicks into place. Fold the baking pan's wire handles down and close the lid.

Plug your bread maker into an appropriate kitchen outlet (check your user manual; this is generally a 120v outlet). Choose a bread type or time setting (check your specific model) on the front side of the bread maker and press the start button.

Remove the baking pan's handles with oven mitts, as they may be hot, when your bread finishes baking.

Turn the baking pan on its side and gently shake the bread onto your cooling rack. Wait for bread to cool.
