Use dish detergent to repel insects.

Repelling insects in your home or garden doesn't necessarily mean spraying with insecticides made from harmful chemicals. Natural pest control is safer for you and your pets. You can make repellents from household ingredients and regular dish washing liquid is often part of the mixture. While dish soap is designed to be kind to your hands, it can be deadly to pests.
