Kitchenaid Superba Selectra 30 Instructions
The KitchenAid Company may be best known for its countertop mixers, but the company also makes dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, grills and other kitchen appliances. The KitchenAid Superba Selectra 30 is a dishwasher that offers an Energy Star rating and a variety of temperature and wash cycle selections. Available online and through select department and home retail stores, the Superba dishwasher is fairly simple to operate and will clean a variety of dishes with different wash needs. Rinse dishes to remove excess debris and food residue. Place glasses, cups, small bowls and any delicate items in the top rack of the dishwasher.

Place pots, pans, cutting boards and large dinner plates or dishes into the lower rack with the pots and pans near the front and the plates near the back. Place soiled utensils in the utensil rack on the right side of the dishwasher.

Slide racks into the dishwasher. Add automatic dishwashing detergent to the detergent container and latch into place. Only fill the detergent container to the fill line. Pour rinse aid agent, available at most grocery stores or hardware stores, to the rinse aid detergent to the fill line and close.

Select the desired wash cycle. Pick "Heavy Duty" for pots, pans and heavily soiled dishes and "Normal" for most normal dishes with typical amounts of residue. Choose the "Light/China" selection if washing delicate items, such as crystal or china, and "Quick Cleanup" or "Rinse Only" if a quick wash or rinse is all that is desired.

Add other wash options for various conditions, such as "ProScrub" for tough soils on pots and pans, "Sani Rinse" to sanitize dishes and glasses, or "Steam" for normal dishes to add heat and time to the final cycle.

Press "Start" to begin the wash process.
