How to Get Around Steam in "Dawn of War 2"

Interruptions in the middle of a game can frustrate any gamer.

Any interruptions while playing video games are frustrating. This is very much the case when using Steam. Steam is a video game distribution program created by Valve that allows players to download games directly to their PC when connected to the network. Also while connected to the network, users can receive updates for the games they downloaded. To get around the Steam network while playing "Dawn of War II," you must play in offline mode.

Instructions

1. Open the Steam program on your computer.

2. Click on "options" in the Steam window.

3. Click "Go offline" from the options menu.

4. Click "Restart in offline mode" to reboot the Steam program.

5. Click on the "Dawn of War II" from the Steam library. You should now be able to play without being connect to the Steam network.
