How to Obtain a Kentucky State Tax Form

Tax forms are often available at the secretary of state office, public library or at a tax preparation firm. It is not necessary, however, to leave your home to obtain the necessary tax forms. The Kentucky Department of Revenue keeps a library of tax forms available for download from its website. Downloading the forms from your home or office can save you time and hassle. If taxpayers need federal income tax forms, the Internal Revenue Service also keeps an online library of forms.
